REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Order Cancellation Policy

At KP CREATION (operating as FUNKY), we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility (typically within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order).

• To cancel an order: Email us immediately at funkyclothing806@gmail.com or contact our WhatsApp concierge with your Order Number (e.g., FNKY-20261023-XXXX).
• Post-dispatch cancellations: If your order has already been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In such cases, you may accept the delivery and initiate a return under our 7-day return policy.

2. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Size Exchanges

We take immense pride in our artisanal craftsmanship. If your garment does not fit as expected or you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day Return and Size Exchange window from the date of recorded delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Refund Method & Timelines

Once your returned package is received at our facility and inspected by our quality team (within 24–48 hours of receipt):

• Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued directly back to the original source of payment (UPI ID, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking bank account) through the secure payment gateway.
• Processing Time: Upon refund approval, the transaction is processed within 24 to 48 hours. The credited funds will reflect in your bank account or card balance within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
• Prepaid Order Cancellations: For orders canceled prior to shipment, the refund is initiated immediately and completed within 5–7 banking days.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every garment undergoes multi-point quality inspection before leaving our atelier. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective garment, transit-damaged product, or an incorrect size/style:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the defective item and packaging to funkyclothing806@gmail.com.
• We will arrange a priority reverse pickup at our own expense and dispatch a brand new replacement or process an instant 100% refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Send an email to funkyclothing806@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our concierge team will verify your request and schedule a doorstep courier pickup.
3. Once the product reaches our hub and passes inspection, your replacement or refund is triggered immediately.
